Located just off of Yelm Highway, this civil war-era structure, constructed in 1859, is the oldest residence in Lacey and one of the oldest homes in Thurston County. It features a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier and 3 acres of beautiful park-like grounds, beautiful interior spaces, full kitchens and plenty of parking. Thornewood Castle was built 500 years ago in England. In 1907 Mr. Chester Thorne purchased the castle, dismantled it and brought it via boat to the Pacific Northwest as a gift to his wife Anna Thorne.

The Environmental Services Building is a venue located in University Place. With a spectacular view of Puget Sound and accommodations in the foyer of up to 175 guests. Construction started about 70 years ago consisting of small shops and gravel mines, and has now transformed into a beautiful venue, holding all types of meetings, weddings, and special occasions. Located in Union Washington, Robin Hood Village Resort sits in the foothills within the Olympic Mountains and right along Big Bend Creek. The Schmidt House was built in 1904 by brewery owners Leopold Schmidt and Johanna Schmidt and is on the list National register of Historic Places list. This historic house sits on a bluff at the mouth of the Deschutes River. A historical house perfect for community activities, weddings, special events and receptions. The inside can accommodate up to 75 guests, and the outside grounds can accommodate up to 450 guests.

Red Barn studios is a 1937 Gothic barn converted into a beautiful venue perfect for weddings, retreats and other social gatherings. Jason Dix bought the barn in 1999 and met his wife Laurie while working at a wedding. The two worked together as a team and in 2007 exchanged vows on their barn. With 25 acres and accommodation of up to 250 people, Red Barn studios is a beautiful venue.
