At EZ Foods Olympia, we make everything from scratch exclusively for you and build a menu based on your budget. We blend our own spices, grow herbs and edible flowers, slow cook and smoke our meats, and hand craft small batches of artisan vinegars and sauces. EZ Foods Catering buffet menu offers a selection of entrees, including chicken, beef, pork, seafood, vegetarian and pasta, to please all of your guests. Each entree on the buffet menu includes your choice of one salad and one side dish.

Chicken
- Marsala: Chicken breast, rubbed with a savory seasoning blend, topped with mushrooms and green onions. Served with an aromatic marsala sauce over pasta.
Pesto: Chicken breast roasted in thyme and garlic, coated with homemade pesto. Served over pasta.
- Tirato: Chicken, braised then shredded, coated with a savory seasoning blend, then topped with homemade pesto. Served over pasta.
- Cilantro Cream: Shredded chicken tossed in a tomatillo and cilantro cream sauce. Served over roma tomatoes slices and rice.

- BBQ Brisket: Dry rubbed with EZ Foods signature beef brisket rub* then slowly smoked. Served with au jus and fresh bakery rolls.

- BBQ Pulled Pork: A CUSTOMER FAVORITE! Slow cooked pork, braised in an apple, honey, brown sugar emulsion, and finished with an applewood smoke. Served with fresh bakery rolls.
Ginger Teriyaki: Slow cooked pork with scratch-made ginger teriyaki sauce. Served with fresh bakery rolls.

Seafood
Salmon is native to the Northwest. EZ Foods only serves fresh line caught or wild salmon, purchased directly from local fisherman. Our salmon is always of the highest quality and is the freshest available.
- Herb Infused Lavender & Sage Béchamel Wild Salmon: Wild salmon topped with EZ Foods original herb-infused béchamel sauce. EZ Foods hand-crafted artesian oils include hints of lavender, sage, and citrus, emulsified into a light béchamel sauce. Garnished with edible flowers, when seasonally available.
Braised Fresh Fennel & Cream Wild Salmon: Wild salmon topped with braised fresh fennel and a light cream sauce, then dusted with toasted almonds. Garnished with fresh lemon and thyme sprigs.
- Classic Citrus & White Wine Wild Salmon: Wild salmon topped with capers, fresh citrus juices, and a white wine reduction. Garnished with fresh dill sprigs.
- Carbonara Prawns: Prawns, bacon, and green peas, tossed in a light lemon bechamel sauce, with fresh basil. Served over linguini noodles.
- Caribbean Shrimp: Shrimp coated in EZ Foods original caribbean dry spice rub. This artesian spice rub includes hints of lavender, cinnamon, and citrus. Served rice, green peas and carrots.
- Lemon & Herb Tilapia: Tilapia served with a white wine and caper reduction. Garnished with fresh herbs and lemon.

- Angel Hair in Rosemary Béchamel: Angel hair pasta tossed with fresh, seasonal vegetables and a rosemary-infused light béchamel sauce.
Coconut Curry: Turnips, parsnips, carrots and green peas tossed in a mild green coconut curry sauce. Served with organic jasmine rice.
- Fettuccine Alfredo: Fettuccine pasta tossed with a rich alfredo sauce.
- Macaroni & Cheese: Your choice of either sharp cheddar cheese sauce OR creamy alfredo sauce. Topped with seasoned panko bread crumbs and fresh basil, and baked until golden brown.
- Pesto Pasta: Pasta tossed with yellow squash, zucchini, minced garlic, and red onion, topped with fresh basil pesto.

The A La Carte menu offers economically priced items, such as boxed lunches of sandwiches or wraps, soups, platters, and dips & spreads.
BBQ meats or entrees listed in the buffet menu are also available a la carte. Just ask!

- Sandwiches or wraps are available as platters or as individual boxed lunches.
- Minimum order for sandwiches or wraps is for 15 guests.
- Orders must be for either all sandwiches or all wraps.
- Orders for multiple platters may include both sandwiches and wraps.
- Sandwiches are served on fresh 6“ bakery rolls; wraps are served on assorted flour tortillas.
- All sandwiches and wraps come with cheese, lettuce, & tomato, with condiments served on the side.

- Belgium Endive Chevre Cups ~ Broad leaved endive topped with chevre spread and caramelized almonds. Chevre cups are dressed with rosemary infused local fireweed honey. Served with assorted fresh vegetables
- White Bean Toasts ~ Crispy artesian toasts topped with Sauvignon Blanc, herb-infused white bean spread. Served two ways for contrast: with citrus beet salad and kalamata olive tapenade. Garnished with scallions.
